The Security eLearning module includes the skills and knowledge required to protect guest privacy, handle items guests have left behind, procedures for reporting suspicious or illegal activity on the property, handle room keys and other house property, handle discrepancies in guest rooms. Learners who complete the module will contribute to the security of the property and its guests.
