Navigating Inclusive Tourism Workplaces eLearning will encourage, support and strengthen the ability of tourism managers and supervisors to foster inclusive, diverse, equitable, accessible, and leading (IDEAL) workplaces and provide meaningful employment experience for people with disabilities.
Tourism managers and supervisors who complete the eLearning will be able to understand disability and accessibility inclusion in the workplace, identify potential barriers to inclusion including apparent and non-apparent disabilities as well as gender or sex-related considerations, understand benefits of hiring and accommodating people with disabilities, and implement accessibility plans in the workplace. They will also be able to describe mental health, mental illness, and substance use disorders, describe tools to improve accommodations in the workplace, and develop leadership skills required to help create IDEAL (Inclusive, Diverse, Equitable, Accessible, and Leading) tourism workplaces.
Navigating Inclusive Tourism Workplaces for Managers and Supervisors includes four mandatory modules:

- Becoming an Inclusive Tourism Leader
- Promoting Attraction, Retention, and Accommodation
- Charting Paths to an Inclusive Tourism Future
