Emerit Communicating on the Job eLearning is divided into six micro-modules, covering an introduction to communication skills, written communication, verbal communication, nonverbal communication, building confidence and avoiding miscommunications. Learners can explore all micro-modules in sequence, or choose micro-modules that cover areas where their skills and knowledge may need improvement.
