Emerit Professionalism eLearning delivers the professionalism skills and knowledge that employers are looking for, and that new workers need to enter the workforce and enjoy a successful career in the Canadian tourism sector.
Emerit Professionalism eLearning is divided into five micro-modules, covering an introduction to professionalism skills, making a professional first impression, introduction to punctuality, demonstrating confidence and having a positive attitude, and demonstrating respect and equity. Learners can explore all micro-modules in sequence, or choose micro-modules that cover areas where their skills and knowledge may need improvement.
